This policy explains how Mark My Wall uses information when you browse the store, sign in, place an order, or send a custom design request.
Information you provide
Depending on how you use the store, this can include:
- Your name and email address when you sign in with Google. Google handles the sign-in process under its own privacy policy.
- Your phone number, delivery address, order details, payment method, and any notes you submit at checkout.
- Details for a custom design, such as size, finish, color, text, and reference images you choose to upload.
- A transaction reference and payment receipt image if you choose to submit them for review.
How we use information
We use these details to manage your account, prepare and deliver orders, respond to custom requests, review submitted receipts, provide customer support, and protect the store from misuse. We do not use the information you submit here to send marketing messages.
Cookies and cart
The store uses necessary cookies to keep your sign-in session and shopping cart working. The cart cookie is HttpOnly and is set to expire after 30 days. The store does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Storage and service providers
Account and order records are stored in Neon Postgres. Uploaded design references and payment receipts are stored in private Vercel Blob storage. Vercel hosts the site, and Google provides sign-in. These providers process information to supply their services to the store. We do not receive or store your password for Google.
Uploaded files are not public. They can be accessed by the account that submitted them and the authorized store administrator. Payment credentials are never requested by this site; if you make a transfer, use your payment provider’s own app or website.
Retention and your requests
We keep information while it is needed to handle your account, orders, and support, and may retain relevant order records for business or legal recordkeeping. You may ask us to provide, correct, or delete your personal information. Some order records may need to be retained where recordkeeping obligations apply.
To make a privacy request, contact Mark My Wall through the support channel you used to place your order or send your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

We may update this page when our services or data practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
